A Ben Sorer Umoreh is only Chayav Misah

if he ate and drank at a Seudas Reshus.

If he ate at a Chanuka party and Dvar Torah

was said, this turns it into a Seudas Mitzvah.

A fruit salad consisting of 1/3 pomegranate

1/3 apples and 1/3 bananas. The Roiv

is a Pri Hoeitz and the Roiv is a Borei Nefoshos.
