A Ben Sorer Umoreh is not Chayav Misa if he ate
meat and drank wine from a Seudas Mitzva.
According
to the Mechaber, (670:2) Chanuka parties
are
a Seudas Reshus.
The
Rema adds that by singing Zemiros & Shevachos
(praise
to Hashem) turns it into a Seudas Mitzvah.
A
Ben Sorer Umoreh who eats and drinks from a Chanukah
party
where Zemiros were sung (Seudas Mitzvah) won't
get
killed,
