Pesach dishes are Muktza* during
the entire year**.
(Shabbosos & Yomim Tovim)
The only time Pesach dishes
are not Muktza
(on
Shabbos &YomTov) are the 8 days of Pesach
or 9 days if Erev
Pesach falls on Shabbos.

** Unless Pesach dishes are used during the year
for non-Chametz.
Most people don't use them during
the year ..
