Someone who on Shabbos has no  access to a Siddur and doesn't know by heart the Shabbos שמונה עשרה but knows the weekday one. He should recite the weekday  שמונה עשרה

with יעלה ויבא  and say ביום השבת הזה

Miller Shlita, argues and says  that

יעלה ויבא is not appropriate for Shabbos*. 

He suggests to say  רצה והחליצנו  instead. 

*The Zikaron (ויזכר זכרוננו)  of יעלה ויבא

is a Tefila for Kapara which  applies 

only on Yom Tov & Rosh Chodesh 

and not for Shabbos.
