My Rav said to eat Pig

 

The Rav told him to eat the Pig
and not the Glatt Kosher Beef. 

A  חולה who has to eat חלב (fats) if he
has a choice may only eat the חלב from
a non-kosher animal.   

1) The איסור חלב is a חיוב כרת whereas בהמה טמאה
is only a לאו (no כרת)
2) There is no איסור חלב on non-kosher animals.
